You provide the alcohol and we bring skills, tools, syrups, and service. We'll make sure your guests have incredible drinks while staying within budget.

Shala McFall
We are JS Proof, a hospitality consulting & bartending company rooted in a shared passion for people, service, and creating meaningful experiences. What began as a way to build a life with more intention and family time has grown into a business focused on helping others elevate their hospitality and events.
Shala brings an entrepreneurial spirit, having previously owned a local retail business specializing in handmade leather infant shoes as well as a children's retail store. She now works full-time as a Special Education Teacher, where her dedication to care, patience, and detail continues to shape her approach to client relationships.
Jordan has spent over 13 years in the hospitality industry, most recently working at Casa Bovina alongside a James Beard–nominated chef. His other experience in the industry includes operating a nationally recognized cocktail bar, The Other Room. He also worked for franchised and corporately owned restaurants with teams ranging from five employees to more than 40. His experience in high-level service, operations, and guest experience is the foundation of JS Proof’s commitment to excellence.
Together, Jordan and Shala balance business ownership with a full and busy home life, with raising their blended family of three older children (Cora, Alice, & Elton) and a newborn (Miller), along with their dog, Coco. Whether they’re cooking from scratch, enjoying a great bottle of wine, or spending time outdoors as a family, they value connection above all else: a philosophy they strive to bring into every client experience.
